The views at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium are designed to bring fans closer to the pitch than in other comparable stadiums in the UK. The stadium features a "bowl" design with four significant stands and is known for its close proximity to the pitch. The South Stand is the largest in the UK and is a single-tier stand, with a height of over 34 meters. The front rows are particularly close to the touchline.

Parking near the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is very restricted, particularly on matchdays, due to the stadium being located within a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ). General admission fans are discouraged from driving and should instead utilize public transport options, as on-street parking is heavily restricted. There is limited parking available for fans with disabilities, but spaces are within the road closure zone and require early arrival and late departure.
