ABOUT THE VENUE

Rochdale's stadium, currently named the Crown Oil Arena, is a relatively small stadium with a capacity of 10,000. It's known as Spotland locally, and is situated at the heart of the Rochdale community. It was officially opened in 1920 and has been used by Rochdale A.F.C. for the majority of its history. Matchdays offer a vibrant atmosphere with a focus on both quality football and entertainment.

PARKING

Parking around the Crown Oil Arena (Spotland Stadium) in Rochdale is primarily street parking. There's no dedicated stadium parking for fans, with the stadium's car park reserved for club staff and guests. Street parking can be limited, especially on matchdays, so arriving early is recommended. Some streets near the ground are for residents only, so checking for parking restrictions is important. Alternatively, parking is available at a local high school, Oulder Hill Community School, about half a mile away.
