ABOUT THE VENUE
St Andrew's Stadium, the current home of Birmingham City FC, is a historical, albeit aging, football stadium with a capacity of 29,409. While renovations have been made, including a new hybrid pitch and upgrades to hospitality areas, the stadium is not new and is considered by some to be outdated, prompting the club's owners, Knighthead, to announce plans for a new Sports Quarter and stadium.
